The New ADA: Change We Can Believe In
Once again there are major changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act scheduled to go into effect in 2009. Are your Human Resources and Legal departments and supervisors ready to make the compliance changes? Come learn what the changes are and what you need to do to keep your organization in compliance. About the Presenter: Martin Dolan is a founding partner of Dolan Griggs LLP, one of the most distinguished employment law firms in Portland, Oregon. He litigates employment law cases in state and federal court. He started an employment department as a partner in the law firm of Ramis Crew Corrigan and Bachrach and has served as Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Division, Employment Section, of the Oregon Department of Justice. He has served as a clerk for the Iowa Court of Appeals. He has earned the distinguished AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, its recognition of the highest level of professional excellence. He also has a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Dolan regularly advises clients regarding ADA issues and has litigated numerous cases involving this area of the law.
