Three IPMA-HR Oregon Chapter Board members recently accepted new positions.

Most recently, Megan Phelan, IPMA-CP, PHR, has moved from the City of Wilsonville to become Human Resources Director for the City of Lake Oswego.

Mary Rowe, IPMA-CP, has moved from the City of Milwaukie to become Human Resources Director for Metro in Portland.

Pat Robertson Anderson, SPHR, has moved from NorthWest Senior and Disability Services to become Human Resources/Risk Manager for Yamhill County.
