Faced with prospects of limited resources, it is imperative that public sector employers partner with employees in seeking solutions for ever-growing demands for services.  Navigating through the collective bargaining process during these times can seem overwhelming.  Speaker Bob Nightingale will offer insights and perspectives of what he sees on the horizon as the State’s Mediator for the Employment Relations Board and provide examples of negotiated solutions that work…and perhaps those that have not done so well.  This workshop is an excellent opportunity for managers and bargaining team participants to gain valuable insights for successful negotiated agreements in these tough economic times.
